The staff was helpful. The room was clean and comfortable but the facility was barren. No breakfast. The front desk was often empty. The shower was lukewarm. I won’t go back again.

Bedding stained, didn't use comforter due to dirty and was freezing, no heat. Soap wrapper was already opened. Didnt use shower due to filthy shower curtain and shower. Only stayed because it was 1:00 am and just there one night. NEVER , ever would we stay here again. Why do you promote this place ??????

Disgusting hotel Staff was terrible asked for wake up calls did even get one Asked for clean towels never had any Staff knocked on door at 1030 at night asking about some girl called the front desk! Worst place to book. Staff lacks professionalism, dirty lobby. Called 5 times before checking in to have information about my reservation, no one answered. When I got there a customer was talking to the receptionist, he had to sleep in his car because no one was at the front desk to let him in to his room when he got back from dinner. Other customers waiting to check in had similar experiences. I cancelled the reservation and had to find somewhere else to stay.

Free and convenient parking in this hotel that is good. The towels and bed sheets in the hotel need to be improved. I was told refund of the security deposit is 5 business days or 7 calendar days while other hotels discharged my security deposit immediately after we check out. My security deposit was discharged by the hotel. The hotel is located in the downtown area of the the city, seems there are some homeless people around. Overall I like this hotel because it is within my budget for the travel. I will come back to this hotel in the future if I come to Hamilton again. Good luck to this hotel, please keep improving. Good luck.
