"We waited 15 minutes to check in while the front desk clerk was outside taking a break. Our questions about the WiFi were met with rudeness rather than an attempt to help. The gate code was illegibly written so it took us ten minutes to decipher and get through the gate. Five minutes before check-out time someone banged on the door like the building was on fire. "This property was absolutely beautiful and quaint. We stayed in the Catherine suite which had its own private green room. It was a real treat! I enjoyed listening to the rain and sipping tea in the early morning in the green room. Our shower was fantastic and the bathroom was newly remodeled. The property has a lot of history and preserves the charm of a real French country Chateau. The grounds are gorgeous and our hosts allowed us to spend the evening exploring the park and fruit orchard....
