The property was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly. The only complaint is that check-in is on the second floor without an elevator till you check-in. Would stay here again!

Very good option centrally located

All Daiwa Roynet hotels offer the same comfort and service and this one is no different (by far the best biz hotels in JPN in this price range). Only disappointment this time around was the breakfast; very limited options especially for us non japanese who don't eat rice/natto/miso soup etc for breakfast.

Room Booking

The room booked was a de-luxe double. I was also careful to ensure the double bed was not against the wall. the room given was 5m by 4m with the bed against the wall - hardly de-luxe. I went to reception and complained and, being fair, they sorted by offering a twin which was bigger and much better. it would appear care needs to be given to ensure the booking matches the room quality.
