Orderly, helpful front desk personnel. All well except there was food debris in the sink and hair not removed in the bathtub causing slow flow. Had to remove it ourselves so that can take the shower with ease. Humidifier also needs some cleaning.

新しいのもありとても綺麗でしたし、掃除も行き届いていました。ただ駐車場が満車だった為、チェックイン時に問合せ今夜出かける予定があると伝えたあ為に月極駐車場を案内されたが、他のお客様は定期パーキングと書いてある隣の駐車場へ入れた為、一度退出すると料金が別途かかると説明されてたのは改善の余地あり。

施設内どこも清潔感があって気持ちよく快適に過ごせました。子供と一緒で禁煙室が良かったけど喫煙室しか空いておらず妥協してそのお部屋にしましたが、部屋の中は喫煙室といっても全然気にならないくらい快適で東急さんだったら喫煙室でもありかなと思いました！
