"Tastefully decorated townhouse on quiet road a few minutes walk from Truro town centre, with off-street parking. Immaculately clean, with a wide selection of cold buffet breakfast. Spacious bedroom and en suite. Tea and coffee facilities in the room and a refreshment room for use throughout the day for teas and coffees. Homemade cake was a nice extra touch - an delicious. Friendly hosts."

"We have visited before this was another return to a lovely comfortable hotel , parking is straightforward and not far from reception, staff are always helpful and happy ,room and amenities in the room were spot on ,will be visiting again.."

"The staff are lovely and the room was cleaned daily, which was appreciated. However, the room itself is very dated. The same applies to the bathroom, it appeared clean, but is clearly in need of refurbishment. There was visible mould on the ceiling and around the tiles, which felt more like a maintenance issue than something related to recent storm damage. After reading earlier reviews from last year, it’s a shame that some of these issues still haven’t been addressed. I was told a painter is...

"No good service because on check in time no response by host and i have to bool another property Horrible experience not expected. My family struggle lot with out hotel and last minute we have spend lot amount for hotel."

"Upon arrival we we greeted & shown to our room. The room was excellent, very spacious and clean, just what we wanted. After a good nights sleep we had breakfast in the bar and was pleasantly surprised to find that we had a choice of breakfast, we ordered a full English and avocado on toast with poached eggs & bacon. The food was cooked to perfection and was thoroughly enjoyed. The staff were really friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. I would highly recommend the Victoria In. Location...
