"Hallways smelt poorly, carpets are stained throughout the facility. We got the 4 person japanese room (only 2 in the room) and it was adeqaute for us. Outdoor tub included with room can only hold two people, food included with half board was buffet style and wasn't very good, however had a decent selection of western, japanese and chinese cuisines."

Onsen var fin, men for noen som ikke har prøvd en onsen før var det litt vanskelig å vite hvordan man skulle følge reglene. Frokosten var flott presentert og satt opp, men smakte ikke all verdens. Lokasjonen var langt unna alt annet."

"Not worth it. Way over priced! We stayed one night. Staff are very nice. But the place is of a by gone era. It’s old but not in a charming way. Showers in the onsen are cold and you have to wait for many minutes in order for hot water to come out. The rooms and elevators are old. the outdoor hotspring is on the top floor with no facilities (you have to go downstairs first and shower) and no real view to speak of. The location is on the main drag which is nice. But it should be 1/2 the...
