"Nice lodge, close to bus line that reach the skiing area. Friendly and guests as well as management. All people are there for the skiing and you can make your own breakfast, lunch and dinner in the kitchen. I would stay there again if going again."

"ホテルズドットコムの設備情報と違っていて、簡易キッチンが無くて準備した食材等が使えなくなってしまった。5人で泊まったが、歯ブラシは2名分の用意のみで、フロントに行っても不在でもらえなかった。オリンピック中なのにＴＶアンテナが壊れていて見らなかった。"

"館内や部屋は清潔で暖かく快適です。 タオルも毎日替えていただけました。 部屋に冷蔵庫が無いのが残念。 外国人が多いため夜ご飯が付いてない宿が増えたのか、周りの店は予約しないと入れない程でした。一番残念だったのは大浴場が8時半で終わる事です。夜食食べて帰って来たらもう終わってます。外国人はいいかもですが、日本人はガッカリです。せめて10時くらいは開いてて欲しいです。いいお風呂だから余計に惜しい！ 朝ご飯は２日間同じメニュー。7割外国人だと聞いたので誰も文句ないのか、せめて2パターンくらいはあったほうがいいかな、二泊するとちょいツライです。 安かったから、しょうがない、泊まるだけならいい宿です。"

"They make everyone remove shoes before going in - well someone stole my shoes and they did nothing to find out who and how... Also - one night we woke up while one of the workers was going through our stuff in our room! He seemed drunk. The hotel explanation was sleep walking... go and figure. Also there were really loud parties on many nights. I dont recommend this place to anyone!"

We found the customer service to far exceed our expectations. The lodge itself seems to be set up for shorter stay, which is an explanation for my only issue which was the cleanliness of the room.
