Frontdesk staff was super nice and accommodating. English wasn't an issue, the clerk used a translator. We had an amazing room. Heads up, we got the premium room and it didn't have a shower. A good stay can be ruined by unimaginative people who behave loud after 10 PM. Such were my neighbours at my floor last night. The Fujiya Hotel
