While the property is located on a beautiful beach with lots of dinning options, the actual apartment is very dated and needs work. When we arrived we noticed immediately that our towels were stained and gross. Later we found that the sheets and blankets were yellow. The bed in the bedroom by the bathroom is broken/old so it makes terrible noises when you move and the mattress are very old. There are no extra blankets, pillows or sheets so if you plan on having someone sleep on the sofa, there is nothing for them to use. The dryer is so old that when you use it, you must leave because the noise is sooo loud, you can’t relax. With it being a beach front apartment, there are no beach amenities. No beach towels or things. The building itself is undergoing a lot of construction and the fumes in the hallways as well as look is rough. There are no cleaning supplies and I found it strange but zero closets or hangers. No place to hang your things. The views were stunning. The beach a bit dirty but amazing sunsets and the restaurant so delicious.

What a find in off season!

Plenty of space with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Restaurants along beach are numerous and great for vegans and regular eaters. Easy walk to beach and restaurants, even in off season. Amazing view from 16th floor penthouse.

The area is awesome and the host was prompt and communicated quickly. The AC was awesome, nice and cold and love washer/dryer! The property is old, toilets were not working well, front door knob was broken and generally needs updating. The sunsets are the most beautiful I have ever seen. I hope the host updates her property for a better stay

I won’t visit this hotel ever again, the staff is very rude, the rooms are dirty, the rooms are not comfortable and no one is there if you need anything. Don’t go to this place.

First of all, we felt safe here and very comfortable in the apartment. Air conditioning was excellent (you have to give it time to start cooling, but it does cool down nicely. The rooms are very spacious and the views of the ocean were spectacular. We stayed for a week. I think the typical guest must stay for just a weekend or few days because the kitchen was lacking a few basic items that are a easy fix. There was an electric kettle, an espresso machine, decent sized refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, good working stove/oven. What was lacking was a top that actually fit any of the pots, a kitchen mitt or towel for holding hot items, and a toaster. The washing machine and dryer were quiet noisy. The dryer didn’t dry cotton items well, so we just gave up and let them air dry. Housekeeping was sporadic and odd since one time they emptied the garbage, changes out towels and made the beds. The second time they came they only changed out towels. We started to take out our own trash to the chute. When I would contact the apartments via What’s App, they were always responsive and took care of our needs. I didn’t bother to contact them about the housekeeping since our stay was coming to an end by the time the trash became an issue. I’m sure they would’ve taken care of it for us if I’d mentioned it. We were always able to find a parking spot although we had to wait for one a couple of time when we got back late at night. Beach was great and right out the door.

It is right on the beach. Drives to Akko and neighboring areas was easy. The dining in the local area (Spanish Tapas) is excellent. The property was nice and large. It could use a good painting some minor repairs to spruce it up, but, overall it was fine for a family of five. There is free parking out front, just as long as you return at a reasonable hour. There a coffee places and restaurants on-site as well.
