"Very beautiful hotel in Hai Phong city"

"The hotel was situated in a secluded area, separated from the rest of the town. The staff members were exceptional - they treated me like family. Every single person, from the employees on the 17th-floor bar to those at the front desk, was incredibly sweet, well-mannered, polite, and helpful. I had such a great experience that I can't wait to go back, and next time, I plan to bring along even more friends."

"This is a beautiful beachfront resort. The view is amazing! If the ocean is rough or not your thing, the pool is also wonderful. It is a very busy place and we found the noise to be a bit much so be prepared for this. We had the buffet breakfast included in our package and the food was good with a nice selection however they tended to run out of items after 8:30 or so. The beds were very comfy and the staff were extremely accommodating. Rachel at the front desk provided excellent customer service. The spa is very busy and we didn't get our complimentary steam/sauna as promised but this was a minor detail. There is a free electric taxi that goes in to and back from town centre every 2 hours which is a nice option to have. Overall we really enjoyed treating ourselves to this resort and would recommend it! "
