"The staff were rude which was surprising since everyone else in Rome was so friendly but the main issue was our toilet in the room was plugged one morning and no one would come down to fix it. Not having a working toilet for hours in the morning is a major problem. The location is OK you can walk to the Vatican in about 30 minutes if you are good with hills and there is food nearby."
