Our room wasn’t ready until an hour after check in when they offered to switch us to a room that was ready and although they gave us the directions to our room they forgot to write down the new room number so it was a bit crazy at first but it happens! Bar was lovely and photobooth is super cute."

"Everything from the beginning of our stay was amazing. Archie at the front desk is an asset to your company and deserves a large raise. We are from the United States and never felt more welcome from the minute we stepped in this hotel. I'm pretty sure It had to do with Archie at the front desk his personality and love for his job made our stay one of the best. As for a woman at the front desk was not nice to my husband one of the days we were there. We are here in Scotland for another 4 weeks and hope to meet more people like Archie. His knowledge of where to go what to do and what to see was perfect. I must add the room was clean , big & the view was absolutely amazing as we had a room with a balcony. We would like to Thank Archie for an amazing reception. Claudette & John"
