"It was an amazing experience. Clean, well-appointed room, very clean batroom, excellent service by the staff who had a great attitude. Always willing to walk that extra mile to please the guest. A good, quite location. The manager went out of his way to ensure we had an exceptional stay and even packed a small lunch and water for us when we left. "Overall, my stay at the hotel was satisfactory, but there are some areas that could be improved. While the value for money was reasonable, I found the parking access to be lacking. Additionally, I was disappointed to find expired cream sachets in the room. Moreover, there was an inconvenience as I had to request towels during my stay. I hope these issues can be addressed to enhance the guest experience in the future."
"The staff is amazing. Also the breakfast is very delicious and the ambience is very appealing. The wait staff knows exactly what you like and next day you will get the right coffee, bread etc without asking. Also, kudos to the pastry chef!!
They also have live Indian classical music that sets you up in the right mood.
The rooms could have a bit of upgrades but not an area of concern."
