Staff were outstanding and responsive to all requests and questions. Nice dining area and presentation. Great central location to Grasmere village. "The hotel was beautiful and all the wonderful festive decorations made it feel very special. Bar staff were wonderful. I loved sipping my gin by the warm crackling fire place.
