"The hotel is right in the heart of Tokyo. Many restaurants and shopping right as you walk out of the hotel. The Shibuya Station, a major transportation hub is directly across the road.(as well as the Shibuya Scramble!) Check in on the fifth floor. Safe and clean area. Transportation from the Narita Airport to Shibuya Station very easy. Take the Narita Express from the airport directly to Shibuya Station. Reasonably priced for the location. Despite the busy area, the hotel was very quiet. Ask for a room on a high floor for a great view of the scramble and Tokyo pedestrains. Rooms are basic and very clean. We ate one night at the hotel restaurant. (pizza) It was very good. My husband left his backpack on the train and the staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help him locate it! They immediately called the train station lost and found. Someone turned it in! We could not have found it without their help. We will stay here again if we are ever in Tokyo. "

"The location of the hotel is a 10 min walk from a major train station which was super convenient. The hotel is relatively bigger compared to other hotels we've stayed at but not much. We loved the fact that there is a convenient store right down stairs. The hotel staff service was moderate nothing out the ordinary. Check in and check out was simple. The state of the rooms need some updating for sure. Slightly dusty but not much. "

"Really enjoyed our stay here. Check in and check out process was very easy. The amenities available in the lobby were great. Staff was friendly. The location was great for us as we enjoyed early morning walks. The Airport Limosine Bus drops off and picks up right in front which was very convenient. Only issue was beds and pillow were harder than we are used to, but that seemed to be the case in other Japan hotels as well. We had a 2 twin room and it was quite spacious."
