"The room was small but clean and just what we needed for our trip. The breakfast was really good and plentiful every day with rotating fruit selection as well as a waffle maker, cereal and oatmeal and toast as well. The parkade was a nice thing to have it is quite small though and the spots fill up quickly around dinner time. It's a bit difficult to turn around in once you get in so if you are coming back later than 8 just park in the free parking lot across the street you can see your car from...

"Was there 4 nights. Everything else was good except for the wi-fi in my room #716 where they couldn' t fix the wi-fi problem which was on and off for the first three nights and they kept saying that there's nothing wrong. It s quite annoying after a long day outing and back to my room with no wi-fi connection. Had to go sit at the hall way to get wifi connection sometime."

"Everything was perfect! Staff (Maria) made the stay like we were locals, helped us find the touristy and the less touristy places. This was our second time staying here and will definitely stay here again on our next trip. Breakfast was great, parking was not a problem at all and cleanliness is 101%."

"This site has a keypad entry system which the outside pad is worn. We could not get in, no phone number to call, difficult finding a customer service person with Expedia. Honestly the multiple attempts to get in, numerous phone calls ruined the experience.
Breakfast was supposed to be at our door in the morning, everyone else had theirs, we either had ours stolen or didn’t get them.
If your going to use a self check in, a number should be easily accessible"

"Friendly staff at check-in, great restaurant, clean rooms, beautiful scenery. Be aware there is a geothermal factory very close to the hotel and the pool is not as glamorous and large as it looks. There is nothing in the area but the hotel’s restaurant is very good, makes up for lack of dining options in the area. There is a hiking trail right behind the hotel."

"The staff did wait after hours, that was nice. Rather than explaining anything I was handed a card and said all information is on that.
The room is outdated, the blinds didn’t close all the way letting light in, the bathroom was tight, as in leaning against the wall sitting doing your business. The shower was interesting and messy with water on the floor. And the water I was told is drinkable, but smells of sulfur and told is “ok” to drink.
Great location though and price is decent"
