"This is a beautiful hotel with an ideal location for exploring el centro histórico. However, the real charm were the incredibly kind and helpful staff. Parking in the area can be rather difficult, but they were incredibly accommodating, helping us obtain free parking in front of the hotel. Would definitely stay here again!"
