"Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in an excellent location. Quiet and comfortable. It doesn’t have all the fancy amenities that some higher end hotels might have like a spa, but when you’re in NYC it’s not about spas. It’s about the city. We would definitely stay again!"

"The Hoxton has a very cool vibe and is in a nice area. The front desk staff barely looked up when you walk by and you felt like you were interrupting their screen time when you asked a question. The hotel coffee shop and bar are nice but seating is hard to come by for guests because there are so many locals using their free WiFi and water. Literally was full all the time. Our room was very small. We could only have one suitcase open at a time. We made it work. Overall I give it an “okay” will probably look for another hotel next time."

"Air conditioning worked well, comfy beds. No full length mirror or fridge in rooms for leftovers which was a bummer! Staff was super friendly, pretty big for a New York hotel. "

"We loved this hotel. Super friendly staff - every single person! Rooms smartly designed with all the things, pour over coffee set up, microwave, fridge, cool books, great design throughout. Great art throughout the place, great location, could go on and on, but we are definitely coming back. Had friends stay the same weekend and they felt the same. Nicely done folks."
