Great stay, got really good travel tips from the owner. We were in Gyeongju for just a couple of days and wanted to see and do alot so the tips were appreciated. Air con, comfy beds, quiet at the time we were there. There is no parking provided by the stay, but we found free parking really easily close by.
Excellent location, walked everywhere.
The owner definitely made our stay in Gyeongju. He helped us plan our itinerary each day, showed us on the map exactly where to go to catch the bus to get there, everything! We could have easily arrived not knowing anything, he's so eager to help you experience the area. This was our first stay in a hanok-style guesthouse. The heated floors were amazing for February. We booked the room with 1 Queen Bed and 2 Twin Futons. The futon mats were fine and not quite as uncomfortable sleeping on the floor as I thought (I doubled them up since we were only 3 people in the room). The floor was super clean too thankfully. The room was ok for 3 people, 4 would have been cramped. Unfortunately if you have disrespectful neighbours you will want to pack earplugs since you can hear *everything* through the walls and ceiling. We checked in on a Saturday which was really noisy but the other two nights were quiet. Last but not least, the location is perfect. Just down the street from dozens of cafes, shops and restaurants and a 5-15 min walk to almost all the main sights downtown. We had a great stay! Thank you!
