Good amenities and fine breakfast option, nothing spectacular. The rooms are tiny, not recommended for families travelling with children. It was pretty tight for us. The amenities were available on the first floor and breakfast is available till 10am-note you need to clean up after yourselves; the table and the dishes and utensils that you use. There is a sink where you can do the dishes right by the breakfast bar.

New hotel, ample eating spaces. Self help kitchen with stove and instant noodles making machines for breakfast. Breakfast spread is sufficient for simple breakfast. Must clean up after yourself- like hostel shared kitchen. Got a nice staff who helped cos everything is in Korean. Good amenities, love the facial wash, toothbrush and toothpaste provided. No hot water in the room, bring your own flask to top up in kitchen. The slippers provided in bathroom cos it is going to get wet when u shower. Did not allow us to do laundry after 6pm although notice mentioned 0900-2300hrs.

This hotel is a great find! It's super clean and quiet, which I really appreciated. They have everything you need for a comfortable stay. I'd definitely recommend it to others looking for a relaxing place. A solid choice overall.

Liked: Clean room, comfortable bed, hot shower. Nice lobby, with coffee available in the kitchen. Good laundry facility. Easy check in. Very good value. Close to convenience stores and the bus stop. Didn’t like: Only meat noodles available for breakfast and the area got very crowded. The bathroom completely flooded with every shower and the floor got very slippery. Bathroom slippers are a must. Tip: Buy your own bathroom slippers - the ones provided by the hotel are filthy.

Friendly staff and nice hotel that gives the vibe of a youth hostel, but still very quiet en peacefull. You have a kitchen, laundry service and a nice resting zone at the main floor. Attractions: 10 to 20 min walking distance from the Tombs. It is a bit further from the palace and Wolji pond but still doable if you like to walk through a beautiful park.

Stayed a comfortable 2 nights. Room was very clean and the lady at the front desk was friendly. They provided towels and water each day. The only downside for me is the brightness of the lights on the control panel on the wall. I couldn’t figure out a way to cover it for complete darkness at bedtime. On the plus side, it was very quiet.

Great deal. Room was very clean. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrushes, toothpaste, hair dryer, towels, soap, bottled water, and slippers provided. Soundproofing of the room was good and bed was not too hard. Only two pillows provided. Free WiFi worked great. The TV has movies but I think you need to pay for them. Free breakfast was served 8-10am. It was delicious with fruit, bread, yogurt, cereal, eggs, coffee, milk, juice, etc. Staff was friendly but didn’t speak English well. However, they gave us a paper with all the necessary info about the hotel in English. They let us store our luggage in the lobby during the morning as we arrived before check-in time. Location was very convenient as it was within walking distance to the express bus terminal, many restaurants and cafes, and a few of the historical sites. Overall, this was the best budget-friendly hotel that I’ve stayed at in Korea during two years. Highly recommend!

Very conveniently located close to both bus stations. Use Navar Maps for an easy walk into town and to historical locations. Quiet location. Comfortable bedding. Breakfast was perfect. Breakfast is served in the lobby (first floor) from 8am - 10am. Laundry facilities on first floor are really good. Our room had a wet room style bathroom.

Nice stay

Good experince staying here. Hotel is in good condition and the free selfcooked breakfast is a plus. The admin lady gets a bit mad when you do scramble eggs instead of fried eggs, not sure why. Close to historical places by walk.
