Staff not consistent

First lobby staff member was friendly and helpful. When leaving lobby staff member did not want to help us at all. He blackmailed in order for to get a taxi to the airport. Will not stay or recommend at all.

The hotel was new and clean. Great value for the price. Most of all, the staff’s helpfulness was outstanding, they were all very kind, professional and responsive. The hotel is near the airport and if the location works, I would recommend it to anyone!
