"Hotel not very clean especially the toilet , cockroach can be seen around the floor , air conditioning are not adjustable , the only good things the staff willing to cooperate and the hot water working very well. And also Oyo and Expedia are giving the worst service especially about system management , a lot of problem happened during my check in because of system the problem especially about the price. "Even thought they let Orbitz/Expedia list as air conditioned it is definately not air conditioned. No units in rooms or central. Yes, it cools down at night but my room was almost 30 degrees. No fans. Also charged me 3 ringgit tourist tax despite having already paid it online. They did not understand the currency conversion. For budget tourists it would be ok but not worth the 130 ringgit off weekend price. Parking is on street and have to buy coupon book for parking"
