"Reserved the suite because we needed space and scenery since I expected to be stuck in the hotel after my surgery. Pictures in internet looked amazing, the balcony looked wonderful with beautiful scenery. Got there, the suite is suffocating, opened the balcony to take some air, and all what I could see is ruins of buildings. "
