"Best hotel experience out of all our travels in Italy. The service was amazing, very kind staff, breakfast was included and was delicious. The moment you walk in the smell was clean and lemony. The rooms and entire hotel was immaculate, the view from our room was breathtaking. Everytime we came back from a long day the room was handled and cleaned again. 5 out of 5 stars. "This is not the most convenient location- you have to take a shuttle with limited times to get to the train station to get to Sorrento and from there get a ferry to Naples, Capri or Amalfi / Positino. I thought we were staying in Sorrento so took a ferry there and it costs us $80 euros to get to hotel sadly. You also have to get a bus between the ferry port and train station or walk it. "During our 11-day stay here, every staff member we interacted with were friendly and responsive. There were too many standouts to highlight - front desk, valets, shuttle drivers, restaurant staff, cleaners, etc.. I would have run out of Euros tipping everyone deserving of a tip. Hotel Margherita’s messaging system was very responsive and helpful with all of the logistics, private and public transfers, etc to maximize our stay in Praiano/Amalfi. "We had a difficult time communicating with Hotel Baia through Expedia, as the phone number provided was not actually for the hotel. The hotel is also located in an area that isn’t easily accessible and requires pickup by the hotel driver. Unfortunately, we were unable to reach the hotel despite trying both the Expedia number and the number listed on Google, as their phone lines appeared to be down. As a result, we had to pay for a taxi to take us part of the way, which was stressful and...

"The hotel was wonderful, room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed using the balcony during our stay. Getting to the hotel was challenging since I was with elderly parents who had difficulty walking up steps. There were two ways to get to the hotel, either go up 250 steps from their sister hotel or go around the city via local bus (also a walk from the pier) then take 70 steps down to the hotel. The hotel did have a free porter service which was wonderful. "

"Great pool, breakfast and staff. Staff were very responsive prior to our visit and helped book a dinner reservation for my partner’s birthday. They also delivered cake to our table at breakfast that morning without asking. Absolutely incredible view! Perhaps one of the best in Ravello. Pool area does get covered by shade late afternoon/early evening. Room was a little shabby, towels very thin so had to be changed daily, and toiletries provided were adequate only."
