"Check in was easy, room was good at first glance. While laying in bed I rolled over and landed on something hard. Upon further investigation I realized there was a plastic clothes hanging tucked between the mattress and fitted sheet. That had me questioning whether someone actually changed the bedding from the last person or if they accidentally laid it on the mattress while cleaning and forgot it. Either way I was grossed out but too tired and it was so late when I found it I didn’t bother...

"Stayed with the family on a quick couple of nights trip. Pretty typical for a beach hotel. For the most part it was in pretty good shape. Overall, the breakfast was pretty good. There’s a gem and a laundromat. Kids enjoyed the pool and a large hot tub. We arrived at the first night pretty late, but still found that there was good parking. All the staff was very friendly and accommodating. On our last day, we were running a little late and they even gave us a couple of extra hours for a late...

"Historic building in a good location for exploring Marigny and Bywater, as well as the quarter. The biggest plus here is the staff, who were all so friendly and helpful! We had a large one bedroom suite with a huge walk-in closet. It had a big comfortable sofa and a leftover kitchenette with a little sink. Given the setup, it would have been nice to have a microwave. Bathroom was remodeled and clean. WiFi and heating/cooling worked well. Complementary drinking water and coffee in the morning....

"I had a very good stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites New Orleans Convention Center and would definitely consider staying again. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout, and the location is ideal, just steps from the convention center and easy to get around the area. While there was significant construction during my visit that impacted the lobby and nearby restrooms, the overall experience was still very positive. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast offered...

"This is the only place anyone needs to stay while in NOLA. The Ritz may be nicer by some estimation but it's too modern and more expensive. The Monteleone is warm and traditional. Frank Sinatra loved it. And if it's good enough for him, it's good enough for me. "

"We arrived late so the doors were locked but staff was very attentive and let us in and opened the gate/directed us on how to park our car for our stay. Kendra at the front desk was so friendly and helpful, giving us a list of local recommendations for dining. The hotel itself is gorgeous and has a lovely courtyard with tables and a pool, a restaurant and bar, and is in a great location for touring the French Quarter. We'd definitely stay here again!"
