"vey good overall staff good"

"Room was too small..Bathroom is dirty state..bedsheets dirry. Pillows cases ripped. Towels were roughand jad stains..water goes all over the floor after having shower..can slip easily. Cupboards were dirty .Safe was not working..i queried but staff didnt care to sort it out. Reception check in took ages and staff no greeting with curtesy. Breakfast was limited and not tempting atall. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to any of my friends or family. Hygiene and safety not been considered. "

"Just not worth the price. Very noisy room and barely acceptable cleanliness. Very poor breakfast."

"Good place to stay if you are in Gandhinagar. Staff is fabulous. They go out of their way to make your stay comfortable"

"Cockroaches in the room , the breakfast looked like it was from a week ago. Only plus point is the location as close to vfs."

"The room was in good condition only problem bed sheets were dirty and there were no live TV channels "

"Rooms were nice and spacious. Needs updating and cleaning."

"Friendly staff and really good rooms."

"Clean rooms, friendly staff. Not much for breakfast as all nearby restaurants open after 11am."

"Room was downgraded from Premier Deluxe King with super large windows to a tiny narrow window room …traffic noise concerns, had to use ear plugs. Management need to refund the extra charges. Hotel has tremendous potential, but lacks cleanliness and maintenance issues…dirty towels, unclean faucets, filthy lift and hallways are major drawbacks "
