The bad thing is the fridge or ventilation system in room keeps making some noises on and off, quite annoying when sleeping."

"The check in procedure is ridiculous. Climbing over piled up snow to reach the key box which is located away from the building.
Somehow towels and sheets are NOT included. They charge extra. And they its cheaper to buy them new than rent them. What an over complicated stay and waste of time."
