"Overall the hotel room was nice and clean, my issue was with the bathroom. There were a few gnats (or drain flies) in the bathroom which is a bad sign of scum buildup. The toilet clogged up a few times. Thankfully it didn’t overflow, just needed a few extra flushes. The toilet seat and lid were loose from the toilet itself. A good place to stay if you just need a bed at the end of the day. The diner across the street is a town staple, but it’s closed on Mondays and a crosswalk would be...

"More like a bed and buffet! Ask Ray about the imported from Naples pastries! I stayed in comfy room 2 which has its own private entry/exit n the side. Check out hole in the wall Friends & Co for amazing lobster roll and fries and Allegre for Italian 4-course prix-fixe. Hammonasset Beach State Park nearby was a nice oasis in the fall. Would visit here again with the lady."

"The breakfast was delicious! I chose this hotel because of the pool. The pool was “under maintenance” the whole weekend so I never got to swim. And our room did not have any hot water. We told the front desk Friday night and they said they would fix it. We left to go to dinner. No hot water Saturday morning. We let the water run and turned on the sink and still not hot. My husband took a cold shower but I refused. Sunday morning still no hot water. I called front desk and he told me to try all...

"The room was semi clean. The bathroom was disgusting. I called the staff for help with the TV and i waited 2 hours for no one to come to help. The walls are paper thin. You can absolutely everything and anything in the walls and the halls. The bed was super stiff and not comfortable at all. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone."

"A lovely stay at a classic New England B & B. Perfect location for a visit to Madison."

"There is a difference between dated and rundown. And unfortunately, I found my room rundown. I based my stay on the good reviews of this location. And while overall the property is clean and appears nice, the room that I stayed in was I guess as clean as it could be, but it still was dirty. The walls are paper thin. I could hear the people beside me talking, laughing, coughing, etc. To me, little things like a fresh coat of paint, new carpeting, things like that could make a huge difference in...

"Staff was friendly. The room was bare minimum. Had a funky smell, almost like of ammonia. The Wi-Fi never worked. Asked the staff attending and he had no idea how to make it work. The room had no hangers to hang clothes. No iron or ironing board. Only available if asked. No shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom. Exhaust didn’t work properly and even afterkeeping on for a long time never defogged the bathroom mirror. Bed was comfortable and the TV worked. The chair to sit was all torn. No table...

"Clean and spacious room"

"Loved this place. Perfect for a one night stay. What I loved most though, was how clean and fresh the linens were."

"Horrible hotel , useless general manager , and rude lying employees, I changed my reservation on time before the deadline and the manager Gloria wouldn’t update my price so I paid 280$ for a hotel tonight even though it only costs 130$ , extremely unprofessional, do not go to this hotel or even try and speak to them if you have issues as for they will not help you , Gloria you need to find a new job because your customer service kills are poor."

"Definitely clean accommodation. Convenient parking and exit. Halloween decorations were very nice. It took me a day to figure our room temperature. I understand importance of cooler temps but I'm older so I like my room warmer. I ended up buying a throw blanket at nearby Target to make the temperature comfortable."

"First night we got there after a long 18hr day of travel and waited at the front desk for 20-25min before someone helped us. We had to knock on the back room door and the employee was confused and openly admitted to falling asleep and she then proceeded to take even longer to get us checked in. Once she was getting our cards ready she put her mouth on the key card holder to try and blow air into it to slide the cards in and got her germs all over the key card holder which is very unsanitary....
