"Excellent location between Trastevere and Pantheon. Very responsive hosts.
Exterior of the hotel common courtyard should be cleaned up….but its not an issue for me. Room amenities are up to hotel standards. Thanks for the excellent service."

"Great room in a fabulous part of town! We had to book a room last min. due to weather conditions & receptionist Naomi was kind & communicative about the check-in deadline (6:00pm or I think there is a fee for check in later than that.) Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only little quirks we found were figuring out how to work the shower handle to change the location of the water (rain shower head or handle, etc.) and I'd recommend bringing your own shampoo + conditioner as we...

"The property was very clean and vincenzo was very attentive! The instructions he gave us through pictures and video were helpful. It is an excellent location that we were able to walk everywhere. The Termini station was a 5 minute walk. The AC was such a welcoming perk in this heat wave."

"The apartment is in a fantastic location, ideal for enjoying the food and atmosphere. The Colosseum is an easy walk away, other sites are farther but exploring on foot led us to places we might otherwise have missed. The deck off the kitchen is incredible, perfect for morning coffee or escaping the direct sun. The welcome package was a lovely, much-appreciated touch!
Access was automated through WhatsApp and relatively simple. When we ran into issues, it was easy to reach a real person for...
