"On our second stay, we got a better room - roomier with two sets of windows, roomier bathroom with a decent shower enclosure, no drainage issues. However, I cannot give 5 on 5 because getting your bags from the garage to the elevator is a misery - no less than 3 doors, no less than 2-3 turns, and ramps and impediments. Trash and recycling bins are parked right outside the elevator. Then cleaning staff park their trolleys right outside the elevator. This makes rolling your suitcases into the...

"The room was clean, the staff were excellent and willing to help with tours, directions to local sites and places to eat. The location was excellent, bus stop right in front of the hotel, easy walk to downtown and the water. Breakfast was excellent, it included more gluten free options than the cruise that we were on. Parking was available, we didn’t have a car."
