"If you are looking forward to spend time at their pool look somewhere else. We asked if their jacuzzi was in operation and we were told that the pool and the jacuzzi work with solar panels so only if there was plenty sunlight the pool was available. As you can imagine the water was freezing cold. "

"Excellent location, beautiful views, good restaurant, friendly staff. Easy to walk to the zocalo and restaurants. Hot water but the shower didn’t drain well. Pool was refreshing after walking the steep hills of Taxco in the sun."

"We had high expectations for Los Arcos, but the experience fell short. We originally booked the suite, which turned out to be extremely noisy. The hotel moved us to a smaller, less expensive room and assured us the price difference would be refunded through Expedia. When we contacted Expedia, they told us the hotel declined to adjust the booking cost. In the end, we paid the higher suite rate for a lower‑priced room. This was disappointing and not the level of service we anticipated from either Los Arcos or Expedia."
