I thought this place would be quiet at night but it ended up being noisier than in Taxco with all the dogs in the property and outside the property and noisy late-night drinkers outside the room.

Under Construction Hotel

The property is splited in two. If you pick the rooms with two beds, you will have to stay on the section wich is under constrution, no security, no wifi and out of the main property.

Location is quite far from Downtown and difficult to access. When I made my reservation it said 5 minutes from the Downtown and we traveled 25 minutes with lot of steep ups and downs. The receptionist was not really friendly at all, there was no hot water in the shower, the spa bathrooms were really bad and stinky.. The jacuzzi pool was nasty. The kids pool slide was kind of dangerous. Beds in very poor condition and too noisy due to other guests' pets, Poor disabilities access. Bad WiFi connection. Really nice sunset and views

Me encanto la habitación con jacuzzi, era muy amplia y con hermosa vista, demasiado cómoda. Disfrutamos mucho el vino de cortesía. Al día siguiente pagamos el buffet y estuvo muy rico. Lo único es que la piscina no estaba fría, estaba helada!! pésima fecha para buscar relajarse en ella porque en general en Taxco estuvo haciendo frío esos días. Deberían climatizar aunque sea un poco la alberca para que sea tolerable y se pueda disfrutar. Pero en general me encantó todo.

La habitación estaba súper limpia y exactamente como en las fotos, el personal muy amable y atento, el único pero es que el día de mi salida no había agua caliente en la regadera por lo que me toco bañarme con agua fria, pero sin duda alguna volvería a hospedarme ahí.
La alberca está súper bien, solo que el agua es muy fría

La parte del hotel esta en construcción y renovación. Es sencillo pero esta limpio y cómodo para el precio que se paga. Lo terrible es el balneario abierto al publico a un precio muy bajo, es viejo y mal cuidado. La ubicación es alejada y se pasa por unas calles obscuras y solitarias. No volveria.

Todo estuvo genial. La atención muy buena, tanto en el hotel como en el restaurant, las habitaciones cómodas, agua caliente en los baños.. solo un poco lejos del centro pero ideal para retirarse y descansar. Sus áreas de distracción están muy bonitas.
