Our stay at the hotel was very pleasing the bed was comfortable the rooms were clean and staff were friendly. The Internet was a bit weak but we managed. It would be nice if they had some sort of coffee service for the mornings.

Enjoyed the stay overall and staff was friendly. The downside was a beer store across the street that is open until 4 a.m. people partying, screaming and music blasting all night long. Also, carpet in room has expired. Other than this…..

El personal es atento, sin embargo ninguno de los dos días salió agua caliente. Se le comentó al personal de recepción y decían que checarian el tema, asumo que nunca se checó porque repito que en ninguno de los dos días tuvimos agua caliente. Honestamente recomiendo buscar otro lugar ya que son servicios básicos que deberían estar cubiertos 24/7, como huésped te hacen perder tiempo y se desperdicia mucha agua en lo que esperas a ver si sale o no el agua. Otra observación es que las cobijas que nos dieron estaban manchadas. Al salir nos dieron permiso de usar una hora mas el estacionamiento por el inconveniente con el agua, aunque es un buen gesto no repara el tiempo perdido y el mal momento ambos días.
