"Confusing check-in process. We arrived at 1230 and front told us to return 1430 to check-in. So we returned to front desk at 1430 to check -in, but now were told we must make appointment with a PRE-check-in person before going to front desk. So we waited until PRE check person received permission to allow us to go to front desk to check in. Staff was courteous. Hotel location was great. Room was nice and clean. TV was confusing to operate. A/C was not working"

"This is a beautiful property. One thing the property needs to address is removing the Korean breakfast from their listing. It is not currently available and should not be advertised. Also, a word of warning - they heat the floors with wood and they get so hot we were very uncomfortable the 1st night and asked them to refrain from using any wood on the 2nd day. It worked and we were very comfortable. The location of the property is better than anything we could have asked for. Also, they include free admission to all the major area attractions. The gardens are directly nextdoor and spectacular. The front desk also provided us with the name and location of a wonderful gym. We were able to get a fantastic workout. We will be returning to this property on our next visit to Korea and highly recommend when you visit Namwon."

"The property appeared somewhat dated, and the staff did not seem particularly welcoming. Additionally, due to the cold weather, we were unable to use the swimming pool. Most of all, the in-room bathtub was not present as depicted in the photos."

"We had a nice stay here… the owner was there to greet us when we arrived to check in, and even though we were early, he had our room ready and allowed us to check in early. He was friendly and even gave us a few recommendations of where to visit while we stayed. We stayed in a traditional ondol room, so it was nostalgic for me, having grown up in Jeonju, but if you’re not accustomed to sleeping on the floor, you might want to opt for a room that has a bed. We loved the location since it was located within the tourist area, so there were plenty of shopping and dining options, all within walking distance. We’ll definitely consider staying here again if we visit Jeonju in the future."
