"To start the trip, the staff at the front desk was lovely which made our initial impression positive. As we entered the villa there were ants on the counter tops and in the bathroom. As our stay progressed, the ant infestation got progressively worse. We finally decided to speak to the receptionists, where they told us it was our fault for not coming earlier to report the problem. A man entered our room without us knowing to clean out the ants. They did not give us any compensation for this....

"Highlights: Great music, facilities, rooms, Pilates / Yoga classes and breakfast! Lowlights: All inclusive was more of a semi all inclusive, anything more than what your mum can cook at home you have to pay a premium for. Rooftop on the 16th isn't all inclusive at all, and if you like drinking past 12pm anywhere in the hotel you best get your wallet out because you should be in bed! "Modern hotel, good location. Room itself was good, however the location was poor (room 229). No sun at any time of day on the balcony. Right above the children’s play area at the restaurant so v noisy from early morning. Also next to the entertainment area, but back of stage so couldn’t actually see, but could hear! Entertainment stops at 10pm so not too bad. We didn’t move rooms as had already unpacked. We did pre-request a quiet location with a view - we got neither. This hotel is great if...
