"This hotel is just beautiful. The cleaning staff and the breakfast staff are really sweet and helpful. The front desk staff were kind as well, but there was an issue: they did not have my reservation. I booked through Expedia and had conversations with the hotel through their messaging portal. However, they could not find my reservation and I was on hold with Expedia customer service for 1.25 hours. The room was also spacious enough for a comfortable stay. However, there were a few downsides. There was no ramp for luggage, so we had to carry our heavy suitcases up about five steps to reach the lift. The two lifts serving the shared building were also rather slow.
