The staff were extremely helpful at adjusting our booking due to change of flights. They did this upon our arrival as we had difficulty contacting them through the Expedia app. The shuttle to and from the hotel is an amazing service. A perfect place to refresh on a layover.

Wonderful value-for-money option for 1-night stay between flights, just next to the Terminal 1 (currently closed, so no direct pedestrian access to the hotel from the airport (e.g. Terminal 2) but hotel's shuttle bus opposite to gate 46 was overall convenient option, too). Rooms were clean and cosy, mattress was comfortable, room was equipped with all we need for a pleasant stay. Breakfast was overall decent with a variety of European options.

Novotel has a bright atmosphere that positively welcomes tired travellers in transit . The shuttle bus is a plus which drops the passengers 10 min to the hotel. All in , Novotel is a good deal.

Great location attached to airport. Run shuttle to Canton Fair. Its a 40 minute trip but the saving on inflated central city prices for Canton Fair weeks makes it worth the travel time. Only complaint i would make is the breakfast. Great selection but food is always cold. Order an omelet, its made in front of you but it will be warm

Airport shuttle is clean, new and on time. However, finding the location to catch it in the airport is a bit tricky. It is located on the third floor at the departure set down at Stop 46, not the ground level where there are a fleet of commercial buses with very impatient drivers. It takes a 10- minute bus drive to Novotel. I stayed for about 10 hours overnight to catch the next flight at 6:40am.
