Nice hotel, beautiful location but the in-suite laundry dryer did not work. We booked 2 rooms, each room has a different machine model. We spent 5 hours trying to do our laundry, it was not dry despite us following the instruction and translating every button under the machine. We finally got help from laundry service people, and they noticed that the dryer function does not work. They said they would call maintenance to repair the machine. No one ever came. We only stayed a night so I think they meant the laundry would be fixed for the NEXT GUEST.

The rooms were kept clean daily and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The area was quite nice and had a lot of conveniences. My only concern is that people were smoking in their rooms and the smoke was coming into my room, which the hotel seems to be okay with.

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay at Vaperse - it exceeded our expectations on all levels. The room we booked is an apartment style hotel room that comes with a living room and a kitchenette. It was nice to have an in-unit washer/dryer. We got to wash our clothing daily after sweating outdoor on hot summer days. The staff are friendly and helpful. They cleaned our room daily and replenished essential supplies, such as bottle water and laundry detergent free of charge. The swimming pool is the highlight of our stay. It is beautifully designed and delightful to relax around and in the pool. The change room is clean and spacious. The hotel is conveniently located, close to subway stations, cafes, and Guangzhou Tower, among many other must-see points of interests. We will be back!

Great place to stay to experience Guangzhou. Very walkable to park area, museum, opera, mall of the world, and plenty of street level shopping & amazing restaurants.
