Hotel was good location , I am a bath person bath just a square to sit so for this reason I would not stay again , breakfast needs a better selections than just pastries omelettes etc

good enough below GH standards

the hotel is below Grand Hyatt standards, run down and old. The staff are friendly but lack basic English communication for an international chain. bed is comfortable and pillow options are available. getting up to the room is a hassle, you need to go up to the 22nd floor and then change elevators to go back down to your room. Location is great
