The staff was very friendly, and the bartender was professional and polite. The kitchen crew was also incredibly kind and welcoming. Overall, the hotel was super clean, and the gym, pool, and all the facilities were marvelous. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly from the moment we arrived. The hotel itself was very clean, elegant, and luxurious — and the massage chair in our room was such a relaxing and comfortable touch! Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service from the kitchen staff. The chef was friendly and efficient, and Uriel provided outstanding service. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well taken care of. The hotel is also located at a very convenient distance from the airport, which was a huge plus for us and made our trip much more comfortable. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again and highly recommend it to others!

They offer a free shuttle to the airport, but only have a low capacity van. Times are fixed and one must reserve. They only take reservations for checked in guests. If your flight arrives later than other guests, slots fill up and they do not offer alternatives. Staff is quite "transactional". Not particularly friendly.
