We loved everything about our stay at this hotel. The staff were welcoming and gave us a tour of the property, and shared a bit of its history. Rooms were clean and well appointed and adjacent restaurant served a good breakfast.

The hotel is nice and new, the rooms were big and exactly as in the description. The hotel is close to dt Guadalajara which made it very easy to go for walks and eat at nearby restaurants.

Staff was very attentive. Hotel is extremely quiet. Good location. Only issues: the bed was short. I’m 5’7” and my feet hung off the end. Also, restaurant doesn’t serve food until 8:30am and cafe doesn’t open until 8am.

Palpatio was an excellent choice for my last night in Guadalajara. As a single traveller for work, the hotel had all of the amenities that I needed, and was an easy walk to the historic centre to soak up some history and beautiful architecture. I love the feeling of the boutique-style property - friendly and intimate, not like the big chain hotels. The staff were very friendly and professional. I would definitely choose this hotel again in Guadalajara.

I picked this property because it was rated at a number 10. The staff was amazing they were accommodating they moved me rooms when my first one had some plumbing issues. The owner of the restaurant was wonderful. Him and his daughter showed us and told us lots of places to go to to make the best five day mini vacation we've had in a while
