Originally I booked a room with 2 separate beds but they "upgraded" to a room with a private bathroom but only one bed. So they gave a free dorm room to my friend, which was helpful. Then I booked to go in a dorm, but I couldn't climb the ladder, so they gave me a private room instead for a few nights which was great! The cat Horchata is super cute, also the staff are really amazing & do anything for the guests, especially Alan :))))

Estuve hospedada en varios lugares durante mi estancia de un mes en Guadalajara y lo único que lamento es no haber descubierto este lugar antes. Salvo por un día que el recepcionista nocturno perdió la llave y no podía abrirme. Me sentí desprotegida, pero todo se solucionó. Todo el personal, excepto el chico que perdió la llave que ni siquiera se disculpó, todo bien. Altamente recomendable.
