Staff is the best, súper friendly located on one of the best neighborhoods of Guadalajara Shower was broken but everything else was perfect every time visiting GDL I go to FCH

The property was nice but they stuffed me in a tiny corner room with the air conditioner right on top of me. I was getting sick cause it was too cold. At least the next day I asked Expedia to change my room and they did so with me paying twice the original cost. They should not have had the title Suite attached to the room as it makes it deceptive.

Quise reservar de manera directa por WhatsApp, pero me desespero porque pasaron 3 días y nadie me mandaba un número de confirmación y link de pago. Me pidieron mis datos 2 veces y nadie concluía mi reserva y al último me contestaron que los disculpara que son varios turnos y por eso no concluían con mi reservación, así que opté por hacerlo en 2 minutos por Expedia. Es una pena que como respuesta digan que son muchos turnos y por eso no podían concluir con mi reserva, cuando hacer una reserva no lleva más de 5 minutos.
