We stayed here for a week with our 3 kids and were happy that we were treated with so much respect. My kids loved the view and the rooftop. Receptionist was very accommodating and the Bartender was a 10 out 10 he was great! When we come back we will definitely stay here again - it was spacious, private, and home away from home. We have NO COMPLAINTS ❤️

Staff were friendly, and the rooftop terrace was perfect for relaxing. Past cleanliness concerns seem improved, though shared areas could use a touch-up. Amazing value—I’d return!

This property was surrounded by 24/7 construction. And when the construction wasn’t happening it was barking dogs non stop. You cannot get any sleep or peace and quiet at this place. I would avoid at all cost. 0/10

From the beginning, check in it was not good. The lady said early check-in was OK. Had me pay for it and then realized it wasn’t. Once we actually checked into the room there was dog hair all over the couch and the TV remote didn’t work. I asked the front desk to have us taken care of while we had dinner elsewhere for hours. We came back And it still was not clean and the remote still wasn’t working. The sheets were also stained and ripped and so were the towels mostly stain. It was just an overall dirty place.

Very deceiving, the property does not have air conditioning. If you book the 3 bedroom apartment it is very hot. No ventilation, the rooms and bathrooms are very dirty. The kitchen appliances are old and some are broken. There is an ant infestation We initially rented a 3 bedroom that had a water leak and smelled moldy They transferred us to another bedroom. And then that 3 bedroom only had one TV in the living room. 1 minute split in the master bedroom and small fans for ventilation in the other rooms. Paid extra for early check in and we still waited close to an hour for the room to be "cleaned". no cleaning was done as there where hairs everywhere and also sitting dust. Flooring in rooms where swollen due to high humidity in building also

Primeramente no informan EXPEDÍA de que hay un cargo por un depósito que no es depósito ya que el banco lo marca como cobro y no hay forma de reclamarlo ya que autorizas con CVV. La comunicación es nula y no te dan nada de claves si no pagas, es triste que nos vena la cara y nos timen y que la marca Expedía permita y apruebe esta negociación. Repito lo deberían de informar al momento de la presentación de opciones y no hasta que generas la reserva, que se paga por anticipado y que además es pago sin rembolso y no dice hasta que ya te cargaron.

Nos fue regular, un poco confuso en el check in, no había personal en el recepción, todo era virtual y tuvimos que esperar un buen rato para que nos dieran los códigos de acceso para entrar. Poco personal Pidieron depósito en garantía que reembolsarán de 3 a 8 días hábiles, espero que no sea problema
