3 day weekend trip. We were in room 3, first floor in the front by courtyard and kitchen. Hotel is perfect for a couple or family on a budget. Nothing fancy, but very clean, quaint and comfy. Bed was comfortable. Good hot shower. A/C worked well. Free internet. Included basic breakfast. Toast, fruit, milk cereal. Some days yogurt and granola. Great way to start your day. Great location near Centro. Nice rooftop terrace. MUSA museum and church right down the street are a must. Museum and church are free to visit. Will definitely stay there again.

Charming colonial building with a nice common outdoor space and fully equipped shared kitchen. Rooms are large and comfortable, surrounding area has lots of restaurants. Close to historic centre. Don’t book the hotel for the complimentary breakfast- sometimes fruit, sometimes not, always cereal, bread & coffee. Sound travels quite well in the building! Overall good value for a budget friendly option.

Me gustaría que este comentario y retroalimentación la lea con detenimiento Expedía, ya que el hotel u hostal, como me indicó la persona de recepción, ofrece servicios que el hostal no cumple, ya que, no tiene estacionamiento (tiene un convenio con uno público a 2 cuadras del hotel) el desayuno que ofrece es café y una bolsa de pan Bimbo para que lo hagas tostado, el AC que ofrece no sirve, no hay papel sanitario dentro del sanitario (hay que salir a pedirlo) las toallas para secarse no dan confianza para usar… Expedía debiera analizar y revisar a qué hoteles publicita y ofrece a sus clientes… lamentable que pidamos lo que está publicado y el personal tan fácilmente te diga… “ah no, eso debió ofrecerlo mi jefa pero no lo tenemos”

le hace falta mantenimiento al inmueble, se encuentra en pésimas condiciones; mienten al decir que cuenta estacionamiento porque te mandan a una pensión y es con costo adicional; prometen desayuno incluido y solo es café y pan Deberían precisar y no engañar a la gente, no volvería a hospedarme

El estacionamiento está a 2 cuadras y es público, el cobro es por cada 12 horas. No había toallas y nos dieron unas que estaban ya muy viejas. El baño no estaba limpio, había cabellos en el cancel.

Nos fue bien aunque en este caso hubo varias sorpresas nos querían cobrar el estacionamiento y nos querían cobrar comisión por pagar con tarjeta de débito en no había toallas en el cuarto el agua no salía constantemente caliente si no de repente fría de repente caliente no servía el aire acondicionado no no tuvimos Cablevisión aunque no íbamos a ver la tele pero pues siempre es bueno poner la con otras bañando te estás arreglando Al momento de pagar si fue complicado porque ellos decían que nos iban a cobrar lo que decía en sus pizarrones Y la verdad es de que yo no lo permite y eso les molestó Creo que deberían de tener más cuidado al reclutar establecimientos porque para mí hoteles es una buena aplicación pero con ese tipo de hoteles que mienten Cuando uno llega no está padre el lugar es pintoresco y tiene mucho potencial igual que la zona tiene mucho potencial es una Condesa chiquita en Guadalajara pero creo que sí deben de cuidar que se del servicio que ofrecen en la app

La ubicación y el trato está muy bien. Sabemos que es un hospedaje de precio contenido, pro aún así la habitación nos pareció una decepción, había insectos muertos y se notaba el polvo.

Great place to stay if you like people!

This is a great place to stay if you want to feel like you are in a community. The common areas are conducive to meeting fellow travelers and having access to a kitchen is a great way to save money on food. Our room (at the top of the stairway) was more than large enough -- it wasn't fancy, but it was comfortable and had a private bathroom. The location is great - 15-20 minute walk to Centro HIstorico. Staff are very warm, friendly and helpful. You can't beat the price. Thanks for making our stay special.
