What a charming hotel! I wasn’t sure what to Expect but not only was the hotel lovely, the staff was the kindest and most accommodating I have ever experienced! They delivered food to my room when I was under the weather even though room service is not a service they provide. Don’t think twice about booking this hotel!

Lavender field in Deutschland,

Started out rough! As guests to this hotel, they did not allow us to make reservations at their restaurant because they were overbooked. They say that they have enough room to support their guests but they do not so we did not eat there. Had to go to the REWE to get food because there are no restaurants around this Hotel! And the worst thing of it all, it was 33°C, and the rooms were scorching. They do have one fan in there for a boat because we always travel with fans because rooms are usually hot, we had three fans and I still sweat all night all night. Horrible horrible night sleep! Only recommend in the winter time for those who like to sleep in non-Sauna conditions! However, with that, breakfast was really good, but still had to pay for it. Not included. Guess you have to pre-purchase for a cheaper price because they charge you five bucks more if you wake up in the morning and decide have breakfast. Also, really close to the winery across the street, great location for that. Also a great location for, the lavender field down the road. The girls absolutely loved taking pictures there and drinking wine.

A nice location with great wineries, hiking trails and a nice restaurant (Kabale & Liege) in the region. It could be improved with a coffee maker, fridge and quality pillows in the room. (It meant we had to pay for the breakfast and couldn't pack a lunch for hiking). Overall a good place on a budget.

Zimmer könnten etwas angenehmer sein. Wir waren nicht im Haupthaus, was ich schon sehr schlecht finde. Sauna Bereich war nebenan. Man musste sich demnach im Saunabereich umziehen, statt mit dem Bademantel gemütlich vom Zimmer aus. Personal machte den Eindruck, als hätten Sie keine Lust. Dame am Empfang machte zudem einen sehr lustlosen & müden Eindruck! Dieses Hotel kann ich leider nicht empfehlen!

Waren im Hotel-Nebengebäude. Zimmer gut, Bad sehr klein, aber sauber und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Ventilator vorhanden. Frühstück gut. Zimmerreinigung nicht täglich, war für uns okay, da nur 2 Nächte geblieben. Parkplätze und eigenes Restaurant vorhanden.

Wir haben das erste Mal hier übernachtet und sind rund um zu frieden. Begonnen von guten Parkmöglichkeiten am Haupthaus, über die sehr sympathische Begrüßung durch die Rezeptionistin bis hin zum Sauberkeit und Bequemheit der Betten. Alles bestens. Nichts, was man beanstanden könnte.

Leider funktioniert der Dusch und Seifenspender nicht richtig. Das ist wirklich sehr unangenehm man bekommt die Seife bzw das Duschgel nicht aus dem Spender. Ich war dreimal hier und es ist immer gleich. Das Heist für mich das sich niemand darum kümmert. das ist schade weil das Hotel sonst sehr sympathisch und gut ist.

Sauberkeit der Zimmer hat noch Potenzial nach oben. Toiletten mussten nachgereinigt werden. Betten sehr weich. Ein Wasserkocher oder eine kleine Kaffeemaschine wären perfekt gewesen. Das Restaurant im Preis/Leistungsverhältnis leider viel zu teuer. Das Essen war leider lauwarm. Die Weinauswahl lässt für diese Region und vor allen die Winzer in der direkten Nachbarschaft sehr zu wünschen übrig. Frühstück sehr gut !!! Parkplätze sehr gut. Freundlichkeit der Rezeption hervorragend.

Die Unterkunft war perfekt gelegen. Bei Ankunft wurden alle Gäste informiert, dass am Wochenende keine Reinigung der Zimmer stattfindet. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Das Hotel insgesamt ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und in den Räumen war es sehr warm.
