"This boutique property was amazing. Erica was great and very accommodating during check in. The complimentary bottle of wine in our room and the complimentary snacks and drinks in the lobby were a special addition"

"Lovelly staff and they make our stay marvelous"

"It was good but not great."

"Amazing hotel and experience! Adam at the front desk was especially awesome. He was so friendly and helpful!"

"Perfection"

"Great location and our host, Sarah, was extremely sweet and accommodating. We stayed in a cottage room, which was nice, however would have appreciated a coffee maker in the room and a few more toiletries like lotion and body wash. The grounds were in need of some weeding and tlc."

"We rented four rooms for a family event. Upon arrival one our party was charged an extra amount as they said that’s what they do with Expedia rentals. Expedia said it’s not true. But e en worse, we told them we needed their continental breakfast at 8:00AM. She said she would come at 7:30AM to prepare it. At 8:03AM we called the emergency number to say NO ONE was at the property. At 8:09AM we were told by the “owner” that the person had called earlier to tell us she’d been held up. Problem was,...

"Great amenities (pool, gym, laundry, free breakfast) not super close to downtown, about a mile walk, only problem was poor water pressure. Otherwise a nice stay"

"At nearly $500 per night and given their Michelin recognition, the experience fell far below expected standards. Key concerns include: - Booking & Check-In: Inability to link our frequent stay number and no notification when our room was ready. - Safety: Loose stone steps and uneven risers lacking handrails from the parking lot, exposed nails on wood planks, and flower pots obstructing the second-floor stair railings. - Room Condition: Despite a 15% discount for two broken lamps, the...

"Horrible staff they lied when I checked in the room I reserved was not available. They checked me into an incorrect room. I had to walk back to the front desk and let them know they had done it and all they said to me as we have nothing else available."

"Wonderful visit, location centrally located, very clean, well maintained, with great staff and very good breakfast as well"

"Faith at the front desk is exceptional and we both agree she provided the finest check-in experience we've had to date! The room was exceptional except the bed was too low to the floor. The shower was one of the best we ever had at a hotel but the water pressure in the sink was too low. The TV in the living room did not work but the one in the bedroom did. We highly recommend this hotel. We also wish for Faith to have all the best life has to offer. Bob and Carol from NY."

"This was a wonderful hotel. Our only negative was we had together ice from the front desk. We drink a lot of water & need an ample amount of ice."

"This is a nice hotel conveniently located in downtown Asheville. The staff was friendly. I found the layout of the room to be somewhat awkward. The closet was placed facing and about a foot from the end of the dresser, making it difficult to get into. In addition, the easy chair was placed right in front of the HVAC unit. When the AC came on, sitting in the chair is extremely uncomfortable. Other than the layout, the furniture was fine, and the bed was comfortable."

"Mold in shower, no soap in dispensers. Disgusting."

"Jenn the front desk manager was very helpful and accommodating. Jenn went out of her way several times to make sure my husband and I had everything we needed. Hayden was very helpful by making sure our breakfast was delicious. Excellent service at this hotel."
