This stay really made me want to choose TownePlace Suites by Marriott again in the future! The location was great, the room was thoughtfully designed and very convenient, and the staff were genuinely kind and welcoming. It’s a wonderful place for both family trips and business travel. My wife and her father stayed for an overnight in 2 rooms with our 2 four legged daughters. The property was conveniently located. Very clean and a newer property. Nice areas to take our dogs and doggie bags were furnished outside as well. The fitness center was very good and well above most properties. (I’m picky about fitness facilities) Breakfast was good and very adequate Overall we would come back!

The property was very clean and well appointed! Lots of space and all the necessities you need for a longer stay. Staff was helpful with how to pull out the sofa, bed and providing linens. However, our bedroom was on the highway side and we could hear traffic all night. Also, the pullout bed in the living area was extremely hard and not comfortable for sleeping.

Stayed for 1 night as a quick visit from out of state. The hotel was pretty easy to find, rooms were clean and didn't smell like a pet friendly hotel (which is what you want even if you have a pet IYKYK). The location to downtown Asheville is perfect. It was too muggy to walk but doable if weather isn't an issue. We smushed a lot in eating and perusing the area. My dog was at peace. Only issue at night was hearing the travelers upstairs. They may have had kids leaping to the floor...but it quieted down after a few hours. Definitely will try here again but ask for top floor room.

Spacious room, despite the road noise. This room has a large balcony patio but no furniture to even enjoy it. The pull out couch is not what you may expect not a true pull out with mattress more of a foldout onto the floor. Upon check in we were told housekeeping every other day, but apparently that starts after 3 nights of stay??? Family of 4 in a room means you will likely run out of things and trash will accumulate. Seems like staff doesn’t really truly know housekeeping policy. Otherwise breakfast was nice and hotel clean and spacious.

The place itself is very clean and nice. Rebecca was GREAT it is silly though that you pay for room but they still charge you extra for parking… The area around it, not so much. We did not feel Comfortable walking to Harrah’s Cherokee. Very sketchy.

I feel this property is rather new and everything was clean and nice. My only negative experience was overnight trying to sleep. Our bedroom windows faced the interstate and the hotel is right on an offramp. I think if maybe they put up sound proofing curtains, and provided some ambient noise that could help?
