We had a wonderful four days in this amazing beach hotel with its swimming pools and the amazing spa. Be sure to bring your shower caps. Great service from Gabriel and Gataneo along with the great breakfast crew. Special thanks to Jafar. Great job by the housekeeping team kept our room and huge deck clean

This is an excellent property!! It is so clean and the pool area is fantastic. They also had an excellent breakfast. Without hesitation we would stay here again.

Nice place. Nice city. but I didn't feel welcome

I only stayed one night. I didn't get to use all the services. Dinner was quite early, so I couldn't go to the restaurant. Breakfast was very good. Since checkout was at 10:30 and I had a train to catch at 3:00 PM, I asked if I could stay until 2:00 PM and leave my bags, and use the common areas or leave them to go to the beach. They told me a firm no, and that I had to leave the hotel completely by 10:30 AM. That seemed a bit inflexible. And at 9:50 AM, they came knocking on my door to see if I could leave. It seems they were in a hurry to occupy it.

The rooms are so bad that it is worse than a 2 star hotel that we stayed the night before. Very dimp lighting and dated, feel like its not been renovated for more than 20 years! Very bad room amenities, no hot water kettle, shampoo and soap is worse than a 2 star hotel.

Punti di forza L'hotel é molto bello e ampio. Colazione molto fornita Stanza pulita e calda Da.migliorare Piscine interne alla spa in alcuni punti un pó deteriorate (mosaico mancante in alcuni punti e interruttori dell'idromassaggio non funzionanti ovunque. Viene indicato l'obbligo delle cuffie per accesere alle piscone ma non tutti la indossano nonostante alcuni richiami dal personale. Non vi é il rispetto del silenzio nella spa. La gente urlava da una parte all'altra delle piscine non permettendo cosi il relax desiderato. Nel complesso, buona esperienza. Probabilmente migliorando il servizio della spa risultaterebbe una struttura perfetta.

Ho apprezzato molto il soggiorno all’Hotel Terme Marine Leopoldo II. La camera superior era eccellente, con una grande terrazza e una splendida vista sui pini e sul mare. La piscina e la colazione sono molto buone. Ho usufruito dello spa solo il primo giorno, perché a partire dal secondo le principali vasche erano chiuse per manutenzione, cosa che mi è dispiaciuta molto, visto che avevo scelto l’hotel per lo spa interno. Il ristorante non ha soddisfatto le mie aspettative: abbiamo cenato una sera, il piatto è arrivato freddo e con ritardo, e il buffet di antipasti non era molto vario né ben rifornito. Da segnalare inoltre che il personale è stato molto cortese e disponibile durante tutto il soggiorno.
