The housemaid was lovely and provided breakfast each day. Our air conditioner had stopped working, and there was no washing machine like they said there was on line. Over great service and a lovely location.

C'è stato un cambio inatteso nella stanza, ma niente da dire su quella riassegnata, in condizioni perfette come tutti le zone comuni del B&B. La posizione è eccezionale come lo squarcio del. centro di cui si gode durante la colazione servita da una loquacissimo padrona di casa

La dame qui nous a recu etait charmante. Le petit déjeuner tres bon et copieux. Seul point négatif pour nous salle de bain en dehors de notre chambre. C'est un appartement et non un hôtel. Bon emplacement pour visiter.

Visita a Grosseto

Bella stanza in palazzo d'epoca posta al secondo piano con scala d' ingresso stretta ed un po' ripida quindi un po' scomoda con i bagagli. Seconda rampa più ampia e più comoda. Pulizia ottima, colazione ottima con prodotti freschi e dolci preparati dalla cugina della madre del proprietario che sostanzialmente gestisce in toto il b&b compreso le pulizie. Unica pecca se si può dire così è la posizione, la camera dove mi trovavo io, essendo il palazzo all' interno delle mura, è proprio sopra ad una piazza con tavolini di tre bar e due ristoranti e quindi, nonostante una buona insonorizzazione, alla sera risulta un po' rumoso, ma molto comodo per una serata in tutta tranquillità. Quindi per me quattro e mezzo su cinque e se ne avrò occasione ci tornerò di sicuro

Ottima posizione in centro a Grosseto. Una volta parcheggiato si può girare tranquillamente a piedi nel centro storico. Posto comodo per una sosta e per visitare la città e i suoi dintorni. Anche il rappprto qualità prezzo merita.

Bon accueil, propre, bien situé dans les remparts mais chambre donnant sur une place avec restaurants et bars, très très bruyant jusqu’à 4 heures du matin , de passage pour une nuit amplement suffisant.

Although the accommodation was clean, comfortable and well appointed, the check in process was terrible and very upsetting. The place is very hard to find and no one was available for an hour and a half after arriving to meet us as promised, Be aware that this is an apartment with two bedrooms and a shared kitchen. You may have strangers in the other bedroom. Each room has its own lock. Also directly on a busy plaza which is noisy at night.

Increible apartamento y recibimiento!!

Riccardo ha sido un excelente anfitrion. Nos recibio por la noche cuando llegamos a Grosseto y nos acompaño a aparcar el coche. Luego nos recomendo un sitio estupendo para cenar donde comimos una de las mejores pizzas. La zona y el apartamento excelentes. Muchas gracias Riccardo por tu amabilidad! Sin duda, 100% recomendable
